Q. Why should I outsource my accounting rather than hire an in-house accountant?
A. There are many reasons that outsourcing proves to be an efficient and economical solution to your accounting. Many small and start-up firms do not need, nor can they afford, a fulltime CFO/Controller. Westhoff Accounting will provide the services your business needs on an “as needed” basis without the complications of hiring an additional employee. Westhoff Accounting also can provide an array of other administrative services, including commercial insurance and employee benefits.
Additionally, although your accounting needs may be part-time, I, personally, am always available to you on a full time basis. Of course, you only pay for what you need! You get all of this without designating any office space or other corporate overhead expense for an accounting staff!
Q. How is financial information exchanged?
A. All of Westhoff Accounting’s clients utilize fax, e-mail, or the various mail services to send information to me.
Q. We feel a need to have occasional “face to face” time. Is that possible?
A. I realize that a crucial part to the success of our relationship is being available and accessible to my clients. I am more than glad to schedule times to meet, either at your office or a mutually convenient location. These meetings can be scheduled regularly or on an “as needed” basis at your convenience.
